("we", "us"), applicable to all Prism AI products (including The Journey and Prism AI ERP) and related services. By registering an account, downloading, or using our products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept all terms.

You may need to register an account to access the full features of our products. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure and not sharing them with others;

All intellectual property in Prism AI products, trademarks, interface designs and technology belongs to Prism AI Tech(Chengdu) Co., Ltd. No one may use or imitate our brand identity without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Chengdu.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
