Account Deletion &
Data Removal
You can delete your Prism AI account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains the full deletion process and how your data is handled.
Review Before Deleting
Before submitting a deletion request, please note that all data will be permanently deleted and this action cannot be undone. Export any important data before proceeding.
Submit a Deletion Request
You may submit your account deletion request using either of the following methods:
- In-app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account;
- Email contact@prismai-tech.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
Identity Verification
To protect your account, we will send a verification message to your registered email address to confirm the deletion request was made by you.
Data Deletion Processing
Once verified, we will complete the following within 30 business days:
- Delete your account credentials and profile information;
- Delete all data associated with your account (notes, plans, order history, etc.);
- Remove data from our servers and backup systems (within the backup rotation cycle).
Deletion Confirmation
Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. You will no longer be able to sign in or recover any data associated with the deleted account.
Data Retention
Certain data may be retained for a period after account deletion as required by law:
- Transaction records or financial documents required by law;
- Information necessary to resolve disputes or fulfill contractual obligations;
- Audit records required by regulatory authorities.
In such cases, data will be used solely for legal compliance purposes — never for commercial use — and deleted immediately upon expiry of the required retention period.
Before You Delete
- All active subscriptions will be terminated and paid access will end immediately;
- Local data stored on your device (e.g. The Journey offline data) is not covered by this process — you must clear it manually;
- If you wish to export your data first, please contact us before submitting the deletion request.
